4 July, 2019 BIAF – BIAF2019, The competition entry for short film (Short, Graduation, TV & commissioned) is closed. * Feature & VR will last due by 31 July though.

In 2019 we have received 2,443 (2,412/BIAF2018) film submissions from 94 countries. (88/BIAF2018)

Most submissions came from The US, The UK, South Korea. France, Taiwan, Iran, Canada, Germany, Brazil and Russian Federation.

Recipient of the BIAF Grand Prize in Short will be eligible for consideration in the Animated Short Film category of the Academy Award®.
