From this year, BIAF will discontinue International Competition in the VR category.
Some of the best VR films have won the category at BIAF, including Age of Sail in 2019, Ghost in the Shell: Ghost Chaser in 2020, The Hangman at Home in 2021, and From The Main Square in 2022.
We would like to express our deepest thanks to all the directors who have submitted VR films and to everyone who showed interest.
Entries for BIAF2023 will open in March.
The 25th Bucheon International Animation Festival(BIAF2023) will be held from October 20 to 24.
